The District Engineer is responsible for coordinating, planning, design, construction and maintenance of the intermodal transportation network within twelve counties. The counties include: Bolivar, Washington, Sunflower, Humphreys, Sharkey, Issaquena, Yazoo, Holmes, Warren, Claiborne, Jefferson, and Copiah.
