The District Engineer is responsible for coordinating, planning, design, construction and maintenance of the intermodal transportation network within seventeen counties. The counties include: DeSoto, Tate, Marshall, Benton, Tunica, Panola, Lafayette, Coahoma, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Yalobusha, Calhoun, Grenada, LeFlore, Carroll, Montgomery, and Attala.
